My name is James Hambrick. I started Headwater Holdings to do one thing well: acquire good companies in Northeast Ohio and operate them for the long term. After a career in private equity and operations, I learned that durable value comes from steady hands, not financial engineering.
I am not raising a fund or building a portfolio to sell. I am here to be a permanent home for the companies we acquire, to show up for the people who built them, and to carry each one into its next chapter.
